GCHS was set up in the latter part of 2004 as a platform to bring together quality catering and hospitality services in the Middle East.
As its first operation, GCHS was able to obtain the very prestigious franchise of LeNotre, a leading French bakery and delicatessen that caters to a high-end clientele.
The set-up includes a central production unit, located in Al-Quoz, and a restaurant and a gourmet boutique located in Jumeirah Beach Road. In addition, the new outlets to be launched in 2006 at the Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Festival City both in Dubai, and Fotouh Al Khair Mall in Abu Dhabi.
