Investment Thesis

Ithmar Capital invests in growth and buyout situations of GCC based or related opportunities. GCC based opportunities include family groups, expatriate businesses, privatization opportunities and multinationals. GCC related implies any company located outside of the GCC so long as it has existing revenues and/ or potential expansion and/ or relocation and/ or exit in the GCC.

Global Investing

Ithmar Capital invests in a small number of select companies in Europe and North America where we can add substantial value through our strong regional GCC network and sector expertise.

However a pre requisite to investing in GCC related opportunities is having an international private equity firm along side Ithmar Capital in order to manage the international side of the business.

Ithmar Capital is the only GCC private equity firm to have a dedicated London investment office serving Europe and North America.
